Itinerary
- You will be greeted by a representative at the airport and you will be transferred to your hotel in a private cab.
- Next, you’ll be covering the River Seine Cruise, the ticket for which is included. You will have to reach the meeting point (mentioned in the voucher given to you) by yourself and board the boat accordingly. It will be a glass canopy boat from which you get to admire the most beautiful Parisian boulevards.
- Overnight in Paris.
- Note: Depending on your arrival time in Paris, the above-mentioned activities may be shifted to subsequent days.
- On this day, once you reach the requested meeting point on your own, an expert local guide will take you on a walking tour of Paris through the most iconic sites like Cathedral Notre Dame de Paris, Pont Neuf, etc. This tour works on tips and you are expected to tip between Euro 5 to 10 at least, for 2 people.
- Then you move on to the Louvre Museum which is known as the biggest and most visited museum in the world. You will only be provided with the skip the line entry tickets but there is no guide. You will have to reach the Museum and enter using your tickets. Then you will have the entire day to explore till closing time.
- After this, you shall be going to the top (summit) of the magnificent and iconic Eiffel Tower. You will have skip the line tickets for the same, the time on the ticket will have to be honoured. You may have to arrive atleast 15mins before the time mentioned on the ticket. And once inside, you can stay till closing time. You will only be provided with the skip the line entry tickets but there is no guide. You will have to reach the entry of Eiffel Tower on your own.
- Overnight in Paris.
- This day you may walk on the Champs-Élysées which is one of the iconic Parisian boulevards and is also amongst the most prestigious streets of the world where you will find the most high-end brands.
- Next, you will be doing the Montmartre Walk where you will discover the incomparable charm of the Montmartre district and its museums, vineyards, windmills, etc. This will be a self guided tour where you will be provided with a Google Maps Link, and you can follow that trail to explore the place by yourself.
- And at the end of the day, you may enjoy a walk of the Pere Lachaise Cemetery which is notable for being the first garden cemetery, it was the final resting place of JRD Tata and many other famous personalities including Jim Morrison and Oscar Wilde.
- Overnight in Paris.
- Note: Today will be at leisure and all the activities planned for today will be self-guided.
- This morning you will be transferred to Switzerland from Paris via train. A full-day self-guided tour of Interlaken and its nearby villages offers a mix of stunning natural beauty and Swiss charm. Start by exploring Interlaken’s Höheweg promenade and Höhematte Park, with views of the Jungfrau region. Visit the historic old town of Unterseen or ride the Harderbahn funicular to Harder Kulm for panoramic vistas.
- Take a scenic boat ride on Lake Brienz to charming villages like Spiez, with its castle and vineyards, or Brienz, known for its wood carving tradition. Enjoy the alpine landscapes, local cuisine, and peaceful atmosphere, making it a perfect day of exploration in the heart of Switzerland.
- Note: To travel around Switzerland we will provide you with the Swiss Pass which will give you easy access to all the public transports and sightseeings. All activities will be on additional cost.
- On this day you will visit Mt. Titlis where you will head to Engelberg and onward to the hugely popular Mt Titlis by Gondola and cable car. The cost for the ticket of entry, the gondola and cable car included in the package cost. To reach this place you will need to take a train to Engelberg from Lucerne with the help of Swiss Pass. Watch out for amazing views of a high alpine world of rocks and snow. The 'Ice Flyer' chairlift allows you to 'fly' over the glacier and see it up close (the cost of Ice Flyer is included).
- Next, we’ll cover the boat ride on Lake Lucerne that is included in the package. From the boat, you will see picturesque villages with traditional buildings, as well as very dramatic mountains as you move farther from Lucerne.
- With the boat ride you will also visit Mt. Rigi from Lucerne. You will take the train and cable car to Mt Rigi which is included in the package cost. It’s a typical Swiss green landscape with meadows, forests and grazing cows which will definitely leave you mesmerized.
- Overnight in Lucerne
- Then you will be transferred to Zurich from Lucerne via train using the Swiss Pass that will be provided to you by us. On reaching Interlaken check-in to your hotel.
- After checking into your hotel you’ll be covering the Rhine Falls which is amongst the largest waterfalls in Europe. You can admire the falls from afar from the various viewing platforms. There is also a boat tour to experience the falls even closer. If you are interested in it, you will have to pay for it there. It costs CHF 15 per person. Otherwise it is free to visit and the transport from Zurich to Rhine falls is covered by the Swiss Pass.
- Then you’ll be going on a walking tour of Zurich, where you will be covering the key attractions of Zurich like the Town Hall, Cathedral, Opera House and other beautiful historic streets. This is a self guided tour. You will be given a Google Map route and you can follow that trail to explore the place by yourself.
- Overnight in Zurich.
- Today is the end of the trip and you can reach Zurich airport using Swiss Pass from your hotel for your departure.
