These Terms and Conditions govern the use of services provided by Gear Up Holidays PVT. LTD. a registered company under applicable laws.. By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you may not use our services.
1. Booking Terms
1.1 Booking Confirmation
All bookings are subject to availability and are confirmed only upon receipt of full or partial payment as specified during the booking process. A confirmation email or receipt will be issued for all successful bookings.
1.2 Payment Terms
For International Flights and Visa Processing
- The full amount for international flight bookings and visa processing must be paid at the time of booking to secure your arrangements.
- Although prices are quoted in INR for convenience, any significant fluctuations in the exchange rate may affect the final cost. The trip cost will be adjusted based on the prevailing exchange rates at the time of booking or payment.
Tax Collected at Source (TCS)
- A 5% TCS (Tax Collected at Source) will be applied to the final installment.
- This amount will be filed against the traveler’s PAN number and can be refunded or adjusted in full when you file your Income Tax Return (ITR).
Payment Schedule for Triplagalo

1.3 Travel Documentation
It is your responsibility to ensure that you have the required travel documentation (e.g., passports, visas) before departure. We are not liable for denied boarding or other issues resulting from incomplete documentation.
2. Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellation of Land Package
We understand that travel plans may change due to unforeseen circumstances. Our cancellation policy ensures a fair process while considering the proximity to the travel date.
Force Majeure or Unforeseen Circumstances
If travel becomes impossible due to a force majeure event or any unforeseen situation that prevents access to your destination, you may:
- Postpone your trip without penalty, OR
- Change your destination, subject to availability (handled on a case-by-case basis).
Please Note: Internal flights or train tickets may not be refundable or may incur penalties based on airline or train company policies. It is recommended to check directly with the respective service providers for specific cancellation terms.
Cancellation Charges
The following scenarios will incur cancellation charges:
- Complete cancellation of the trip by the traveler, including due to visa refusal.
- Rescheduling of the entire trip.
- Withdrawal of one or more travelers, leading to full or partial cancellation of bookings.
The cancellation charges are as follows:

| Less than 15 days | No refund |
Exception to Cancellation Policy
The only exception to the above cancellation charges is in the case of visa refusal. If your visa application is denied by the embassy, your cancellation charge will be capped at 30%, provided you submit the official visa refusal letter.
For all other cancellations, standard cancellation charges apply.
Flight Cancellation Policy
Flight cancellation charges are subject to the airline’s policies. These charges vary depending on the airline and the type of ticket purchased. We recommend checking the airline’s specific terms and conditions for cancellation fees before booking.
In case of any refunds approved by GEAR UP HOLIDAYS PRIVATE LIMITED, it will take at least 15 days for the application refund to be Credited to the original payment method.
3. Changes to Bookings
3.1 Customer-Initiated Changes
Requests for changes to bookings (e.g., dates, itineraries) must be submitted in writing. Additional charges may apply depending on the changes requested.
3.2 Provider-Initiated Changes
We reserve the right to modify travel plans due to weather conditions, safety concerns, or unforeseen circumstances. We will endeavor to provide alternatives of comparable value whenever possible.
4. Liability
4.1 Service Provider Responsibility
We act as an agent for various travel service providers (e.g., airlines, hotels, transport companies). We are not responsible for actions, omissions, or negligence by these third-party providers.
4.2 Personal Liability
Travel involves inherent risks, and we strongly recommend obtaining travel insurance. We are not liable for personal injury, loss, or damage during travel unless caused by our direct negligence.
5. Use of Website
5.1 Content Accuracy
While we strive to ensure accuracy, our website may include typographical errors or inaccuracies. We reserve the right to correct these without prior notice.
5.2 User Conduct
You agree not to misuse our website, including by uploading malicious code, conducting fraudulent transactions, or breaching applicable laws.
5.3 Third-Party Links
Our website may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content, services, or privacy practices of these websites.
