Itinerary
- You will be greeted by our representative at the airport and transferred to your hotel in your private cab. Post check-in you’ll be covering the Amsterdam Canal Cruise on this day. Amsterdam is best seen from the water, and on this canal cruise, you'll experience the best of this historical city. The Amsterdam City Canal Cruise offers you fantastic views of the 17th-century buildings lining the canals and also shows off the growing 21st-century city that Amsterdam has become. The ticket for this activity is included. You will have to reach the meeting point (mentioned in the voucher given to you) by yourself and board the boat accordingly.
- Overnight in Amsterdam.
- Today you’ll be doing the Walking Tour of Amsterdam. You will have to reach the meeting point of this tour on your own. On this walking tour, expert guides will take you where buses simply can’t go and give you an authentic introduction to one of Europe's favorite cities. Starting from Dam Square, you will go past iconic sites like leaning buildings and the smallest house, many canals and bridges.
- The next activity is a trip to the Zaanse Schans Windmill Village which is a beautiful village in the neighborhood of Amsterdam (this activity has no guide). The transfers from Amsterdam to the village by train are included but you will have to reach the train station on your own. There are 5 historical wooden windmills still operating. If you wish, you may also cycle around the village although the site is perfectly navigable on foot. You will need 2 hours or so to cover the place.

- Board a comfortable, air-conditioned coach and journey through the scenic Dutch countryside on a trip to the charming town of Giethoorn. Upon arrival, discover how the Dutch have embraced life on and around the water as you explore this idyllic village on foot and by boat. - Experience the tranquillity of a car-free town where time seems to stand still. Marvel at the variety of boats, from gondolas to punters and traditional flat-bottomed vessels used to navigate the canals. Glide past beautifully restored farmhouses on a relaxing one-hour boat tour, then enjoy some free time to have lunch and explore at your own pace. Next, visit the impressive Afsluitdijk, a dike that connects North Holland and Friesland. The Netherlands is renowned for its expertise in water management, and this engineering marvel stands as a testament to the country's mastery in controlling water. Admire the Afsluitdijk, which transformed the former Zuiderzee into what is now the Ijsselmeer lake, showcasing the ingenuity of Dutch hydrological engineering.
