Itinerary

  • You will be greeted by our representative at the airport and transferred to your hotel by boat. Next, you’ll be covering the Key attractions of Venice on foot, which will take you through sites like the Rialto Bridge and St. Mark’s Square, the Bridge of Sighs, and the Doge’s Palace. Venice is an island city with crisscrossing canals. The best way to explore the city is on foot. This is a self-guided tour. You can do it at your convenience once you check into your hotel.
  • Overnight in Venice.

  • This morning, after breakfast, head to the Murano, Burano and Torcello Islands. You will have to use the Vaporetto (Water Bus) to reach the islands with the help of the water bus pass provided by us.
  • You will cruise to the islands of Murano, Burano and Torcello in the Venetian Lagoon. The most famous of the Venetian islands, they are known throughout the world for their picturesque scenery, handicrafts, and history.
  • Overnight in Venice.

  • Today you will transfer to Florence by train. The train ticket is included. You have to reach the train station on your own. Transfers from the hotel to the train stations and vice versa are not included.
  • After reaching Florence, check into the hotel. The evening is at leisure. Explore the city, wander the charming streets, and climb the hill to the church of San Miniato al Monte for stunning views. Despite its size being surprisingly small, the historic city centre is extremely rich in architectural detail and monuments.
  • Overnight in Florence.

  • Today, you will go to the wondrous “Leaning Tower of Pisa”. It is a freestanding bell tower of the cathedral of the Italian city of Pisa, known worldwide for its nearly four-degree lean. Also, visit the Cathedral / Duomo. You will have to take a train from Florence to Pisa.
  • Note that the train tickets will be provided by us between Florence and Pisa, and they will be valid for 3 hours from the time printed on the ticket. During this time, you can take any train between the stations. The tower is about 2 km from the Pisa central station. There are regular buses from the station to the tower. Bus tickets will cost around Euro 1 per adult and 50% for children.
  • Overnight in Florence.

  • Board a train from Florence to Naples and check into Hotel Cimarosa or similar. Spend the rest of the day discovering Naples Cathedral, the impressive Piazza del Plebiscito, and the city’s bustling streets. Naples offers a unique blend of ancient history and lively modern culture.
  • Overnight in Naples.

  • Experience a self-guided day trip to the stunning Amalfi Coast. Visit the picturesque towns of Sorrento, Positano, and Amalfi using local buses or ferries. Wander through colorful streets, take in the panoramic coastal views, and enjoy the fresh Mediterranean air.
  • Overnight in Naples.

  • Explore the ancient ruins of Pompeii with entry tickets included. Walk through this fascinating archaeological site at your own pace, discovering the preserved streets, houses, and public buildings that offer a glimpse into life before the eruption of Mount Vesuvius.
  • Overnight in Naples.

  • Today, you will be transferred by train to Rome from Naples. The train ticket is included. You have to reach the train station on your own. Transfers from the hotel to the train stations and vice versa are not included. After reaching, you’ll check into your hotel.
  • Overnight in Rome.

  • Today you’ll visit the marvellous “Colosseum of Rome”. The Colosseum, built between 72 AD and 80 AD, was the largest amphitheatre ever built. Observe what remains and imagine the ferocious fights between man and beast as you stand in the elliptical arena. This comprises 4 levels and was once able to seat up to 73,000 spectators. In this self-guided trip, skip-the-line admissions are included. The ticket lasts 24 hours from the entrance time written on your voucher. The booked entrance time (if any) is for the Colosseum entrance and must be respected.
  • After visiting the Colosseum, visitors can enter the Roman Forum and the Palatine Museum, which is a must-see sight for those visiting the Eternal City, with the same tickets in the following 24 hours.
  • Later, you shall visit the Vatican, which is a city-state located in the heart of Rome. The Vatican City is world-famous as the centre of the Roman Catholic Church. This is a Self-Guided Visit. If you wish, you may also visit the Vatican Museum (tickets to be purchased additionally at the site). The museum is famous for The Sistine Chapel, with its ceiling painted by Michelangelo. You shall also go inside St. Peter’s Basilica, and may buy a ticket for climbing the dome (optional, at additional cost), or just admire St. Peter’s Square.
  • Overnight in Rome.

  • A private transfer will take you from your hotel to the Rome airport for your departure. This marks the end of a memorable 10-day journey through Italy, filled with stunning landscapes, rich history, and vibrant culture.
